US veterans drawing a lifetime pension of at least $1,000 per month, including VA disability compensation, may qualify for SRRV Courtesy, with a visa deposit as low as $1,500. Veterans under that line, and civilians with pensions, usually fit SRRV Classic. The deposits, documents, and annual fees are different. Guessing wrong gets expensive. VA disability compensation is payable abroad. The Manila VA Outpatient Clinic is the only VA healthcare facility outside the United States.
